                                               Michelle Baumann, President of The Data Master, is a seasoned data professional with nearly 20 years of                                                             experience helping organizations identify, streamline and define their data platforms.

 

                                             She has proven her ability to effectively and efficiently evaluate and select major technology platforms as well as manage large projects and releases from concept phase to successful on-time completion. Her strong and varied technical background and training give her the ability to keep on top of teams and schedules and quickly identify and diffuse development and deployment risks.  She has led teams in executive management, project management, quality assurance, development and implementation.

 

Michelle has consistently delivered measurable cost savings to organizations through data process evaluation, automation, analysis and analytics. Through a highly structured vetting process, she is able to quickly identify the projects that will provide the highest ROI and guide organizations through the prioritization and implementation process.

 

Michelle is comfortable with data mining and predictive analytics tools and procedures. She also has extensive experience with all major database platforms, reporting and dashboarding tools, data warehouses, performance tools and OLAP. These include:

She earned her masters degree in Computer Information Systems with an emphasis in Business Intelligence and Database Management from Boston University.  She has also earned The Data Warehouse Institute (TDWI) Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) designations in both Leadership and Management and Business Analytics disciplines.
